OF MEMBERS’ PARTICULARS – We
are glad to inform
members that our new integrated computer system went live on the 1st of
January, 2010. We are experiencing some teething problems in the early
stages
of implementation and we hope you can be patient with us. This
integrated
system links the point of sales (POS) with our accounts and membership.
Therefore, we can access information like your latest balance
instantly. As
part of our exercise to feed the system with data, we need your fullest
cooperation to supply us with your latest particulars. Many a times our
statements do not reach you because we were not notified of your change
of
address, phone numbers, emails etc. Further, the information that we
have in
our files especially for members who joined us much earlier are really
sparse
and archaic. Kindly fill the attached form and return it to us for our
further
action. With the advent of internet, we hope to send you the latest
club news
through emails and website simultaneously with the hard copies of the
monthly
statements. ***************************************************************** HASH
